Steel Fabrication

Our steel fabrication bays are equipped with Peddinghaus Drills, Saws, Plate, Angle and Coping Lines and Plasma cutters.

Our equipment can receive data directly from our Material Requirements Planning system.
The information produced during the drawing office modelling stages are uploaded and which automatically produce material cut lists, routes materials to the appropriate plant and machinery and forwards the required data directly to the machines for fabrication.

Walls Engineering Co, Ltd are qualified to BS EN ISO 9001-:2008. Walls Engineering are continuously investing in our facilities and workforce and plans are in place to extend our manufacturing plant. Our Welding procedures also qualify to BS EN ISO 15614-1:2004.
